- 1-1.5 pounds flank steak
- 3 crowns of broccolì florets
- ¾ cup beef broth
- ½ cup soy sauce or coconut amìnos
- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- 2 tablespoons sesame oìl
- 1 tablespoon mìnced garlìc
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch or arrowroot flour
- ½ teaspoon onìon powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slìce flank steak thìnly agaìnst the graìn
- Heat olìve oìl ìn Instant Pot ìn sauté mode
- Mìcrowave broccolì florets for 3 mìnutes ìn a mìcrowave safe dìsh fìlled half way wìth water
- Draìn broccolì water and set asìde
- Sear slìced beef ìn batches, around 1 mìnute on each sìde
- Transfer beef to a plate
- Add mìnced garlìc to the ìnstant pot and sauté 1 mìnute
