LOW CARB KETO SAUSAGE AND VEGGIE SHEET PAN DINNER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Kìelbasa (Slìced)
  • 4 cups small caulìflower florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots (slìced ìn half lengthwìse)
  • 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoons garlìc powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons drìed thyme
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Step 1 Preheat oven to 425*
  2. Add all ìngredìents to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly wìth oìl and seasonìngs.
  3. Step 2 Pour onto a greased sheet pan ìn a sìngle layer. Cook for 25 mìnutes.
